Years ago, when I started collecting pumpkins, it was colder and we had snow. I could spread the pumpkins in the yard. They would stay frozen for months. I would light a fire and roast pumpkin for the pigs all winter long. I miss those days

Snuck in last night to see who was sleeping where. Kohkos used to be top hog of the herd. It changed when Big Red and Moe joined us. Lately, Kohkos has joined Big Red in his bed of blanket’s, which is interesting to see

When we put blankets in the pig houses, we spread them out equally. Big Red proceeded to collect almost every single blanket and take them to his bed. So, for him to share, it’s a big deal

When you have 12 cats in the house, and it’s almost bed time, it is common to have 5-8 of them on the bed.

I always laugh when people say they would take a cat, but they already have 2. I wish it was that easy to say no. Our cat family would have grown by 6 if we had kept all the cats abandoned at our last job. Luckily 2 of them found good homes with friends of ours.

If anyone heard the incessant screaming, it was just Lil Guy, mad at Tank for trying to lay in bed beside him. Their drama carried on for about 10 minutes until I popped my head in to say, “shuuuuuut uuuuup!” 🤣🤣
