WE HAVE A BOY!!!

With the help of the amazing Emma we have been able to welcome a very pretty little boy, and his sister to the Ashies clan.

Everyone, welcome veldora (sparkly wild boy), and kaida (wild girl with freckles).

These little ones where rescues that Emma brought back to health, they were starved, malnourished, and were missing limbs and gills when emma got them. She nursed them back to health, and while they aren't 100%, they are the best they are going to get.
Veldora's growth has been stunted due to under feeding, and he has a few iffy legs, but is otherwise fine.
Kaida has uneven gills, but is the right size and has the prettiest freckles on her head and one on her tail.

I recently picked up some babies to ship to another breeder interstate, while the weather is hot, I'm holding onto them until it cools down enough to ship.

We understand how hard it is to find boarding for your unusual pets.
I'm willing to offer boarding for axoltols, fish, reptiles, birds and other amphibians. Your animals will come with their own tub/enclosure and any water treatments and food (excluding worms) , I'll provide the love, care and safety while you're away.

We are located in south western Sydney.

Everyone welcome Astrid (white albino) and Drago (copper albino).

From what I've been able to find out, drago is a new morph to Australia, there is a lot of conflicting info on what it actually is, it's has a golden albino body, and copper eyes, some also have iridiphores. Some have called them a light copper or albino copper. I'm interested to see how this baby turns out, if itll change colour, what it will turn into, if it keeps the golden colouring ect.

Ok guys, I have been sitting on the thought of buying this little one for a few days now. This little wild baby is a dwarf with an extremely crinkly tail, unfortunately it's also been nipped quite a lot and has lost its legs and some gill fluffs. I have also got one of its siblings who is a lecuistic

This little one has now been named hiccup, and its leucy sibling is light fury.

Happy new year from everyome at the ashies HQ. In the short few months I've been running this rescue, I've now got 6 axolotls in breeding stock, Ashley, aura, bluebell, farmer and a newbie I havent introduced yet, and i have 6 rescues. 4 juvies and 2 adults, stella and dandy, hookfang and stormfly, and rhino and flash.

This is a great start to our little rescue and I am so beyond happy with it all and how its going at the moment. I'm excited to see where this year takes me and Ashies.

My 6 foot tank has finally finished cycling. Although I am regretting my choose of white tiles, I am absolutely loving this grass. So are the axolotls. All my adults (except ones in quarintine) are now in the 6 foot and my juvies are now in the 3 foot.

How cute is farmer loving that grass!!! 😍😍

We had some boarders come and join us today. These babies will be here for a few weeks while their dad goes on a well deserved holiday.

We have a big wormy dinner tonight. The small worms will be cut up for the babies and juveniles, the adults get full worms, but farmer gets pellets because hes a fuss pot. 🦎🐉🦎🐉

After some stressful times with the delivery company, rory aka Aurora arrived safely in Victoria this morning. She seems to still be in perfect condition other than being a little stressed, but she is settling in with her wild family already.
