The Prong collar by Herm Sprenger works by delivering even pressure around your dog's neck for a quick correction in many different settings. Pressure should NEVER be continuous, nor should any of your dog's feet leave the ground when using this tool
The ET-300 Mini Educator 1/2 mile remote trainer employs proprietary “blunt” stimulation for humane and effective remote dog training. Loaded with unique features, including “lock and set” stimulation levels from 1 to 100 and the ability to set a boost level from 1 to 60, the ET300 Collar allows the user to tailor the stimulation to their dog’s temperament (taken from e-collar technologies website)
The 10 foot Hands-Free Long Slip Lead is assembled by hand in the U.S.A. from recycled climbing rope. This leash is made with real UIAA certified dynamic rock climbing rope, which is incredibly strong and durable. The loop at the handle end of the leash is created with industrial aluminum clamps that are applied with a 3-ton compound press. The clamps are covered with heavy-duty heat shrink tubing for a clean look. There is a clip provided on the handle so you are able to wrap the slip lead around your body to create a “hands-free long slip lead”! (Taken from Kane 9 Dog Training website)

Here's what I offer at Monday Dog Training!
(1) These sessions focus on obedience by introducing the 5 basic commands. Emily will use her expertise to familiarize dogs and their owners with sit, down, place, stay, and come commands with the use of a slip-lead leash. These lessons are beneficial to new dog owners as well as form a solid foundation for dogs.
(2) Prong collars can be helpful tools when it comes to setting boundaries. Prong collars are used to communicate by applying even pressure to the dog's neck, much like how wolves would correct behavior in the wild. This option reviews the prong collar basics as well as the marker "no". Emily recommends the Herm Sprenger 2.5 mm prong, available at select pet stores.
(3) These lessons are for owners that are interested in working with an e-collar. This could be for owners that already own an e-collar for their dog and need guidance on how to use it to effectively communicate in a fair and clear way. This tool works similarly to a TENS unit for humans by applying muscle stimulation to the dog's neck to be able to communicate in a way that is clear for them! I recommend the mini educator by e-collar technologies.

(5) This service is for those owners who want their dog's nails shorter but don't know where to start! During this service, I will trim your dog's nails and show you the method that I use so you can continue to work on it with your dog into the future!
(6) This program is designed for owners seeking a head-start to achieving excellent obedience from their dog & a healthy, happy mindset, both on and off-leash. This is an excellent option for those owners looking to work on their dog's overall manners. However, our focus will always be MINDSET over OBEDIENCE.
