Sweet Maple/Mocha was the first to leave tonight! We’re going to miss her! But she is going to an amazing family! I LOVE getting to meet my families and make new friends! New puppy tip!! Take a flaxseed or rice bag that you heat up in the microwave, wrap it up in a pillowcase or thin towel, and put it in the crate with your new puppy, or just let them snuggle it whenever they are sleeping. It is weighted and feels warm like a littermate, it will help them settle into their new home much faster. I unwrapped it so you could see what the bag looks like. You can also order a snuggle puppy, which has a heating pad in it and a heartbeat. We also cover the crate, and turn on the noise machine at night for them to sleep. It will make their first nights at home so much easier!
