K&R Small Animal Sanctuary K&R Small Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit small critter rescue located in the Fox Valley of WI. At this time we do not accept ferrets.

K&R Started in 2009 with the rescue of one small guinea pig and grew into an organization with dozens of foster homes that has helped save the lives of around 1000 animals in the first 6 years! We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. We currently accept rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, hedgehogs, degus, tortoises, chinchillas, degus, sugar gliders and some re

ptiles. We are looking for foster families that will assist with rats and mice. All of our animals are kept in foster homes, and all rabbits are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the adoption application on our website and we will set up a time for you to meet any of the animals you are interested in! K&R does NOT have a facility open to the public as all adoptables are kept in one of our 15-20 foster families in Wisconsin. Cuddle puddle Ariana is still searching for her forever family! This 9lb armful of squishy love is so sweet and would do well in nearly any family. She is very curious but can be a bit of an introvert at first. However, once you start petting her she melts and soaks up all the affection. Can you help her find her hoppily ever after?

Party girl here is still on the hunt for her next (and last) welcome home fiesta!
Partridge is a spunky Netherland dwarf mix who joined us through no fault of her own. She is looking for a family with a sense of humor and no small kiddos. She can be a bit grabby around food and sassy when her space is being invaded without her permission.

Party is spayed, vaccinated for RHDV2, microchipped and littertrained! She is very bossy with other bunnies but did have a friend in the past so would need the right personality match and patience to bond.

Crisco has done awesome with respectful humans of all ages and other pets too! He is friendly, easy to pick up and snuggle and loooves to be petted!!

This adorable little baby boy has such fun markings! When you peek at him from different angles, he looks like two different pigs!!

Snowman is just a tiny baby (4ish weeks old) and needs a forever family ASAP! He is our only male piggy at the moment and so he is currently living alone for the first time in his life. He wants a home for holidays and a new piggy friend right away! 🤞

Meet Partridge! This cute spunky little dwarf breed mix is confident and bold and ready to be the center of your world!

Party is fun and bouncy and loves to play! She is great with using her litterbox and loves to run around her foster home.

Party would do best in a home with older kids because she can be extra bossy and grabby about her favorite foods. She is also BOSSY with other rabbits, but may do well with a super tolerant and mellow bunny pal.

Hope you’ll stop by Petco in Oshkosh (1935 S Koeller St) on Saturday July 20th from 2pm-5pm! We will have quite a few of our adoptables with us. If you are hoping to meet someone in particular, please reach out to us ahead of time. We will not be able to facilitate bunny speed-dates during this event, so if you'd like to set up a bunny speed dating session for your current bunny to pick out a new friend, please contact us for a specific appointment!

Meet and greets are typically done in the Appleton area as that is most central to the majority of our foster homes.
