Shilo trying to be patient.

Shilo was very timid the first few times I tried to visit him and would flinch at any attempt for me to touch him.
After a few visits he has warmed up quite a bit and is fine with being brushed, petted and putting on the collar and leash.

Hopefully next visit will be some good old walking on leash.
He seems like he would be a very sweet affectionate guy but would need some time to decompress and adjust to a new home.

A little while back I fenced in a small area of my front yard. This would give me an area to work with potential fosters and the fence is higher than the rest of the yard.
Unfortunately my flag ended up getting snagged, so it had to go…

Somewhere else, I am happy with it now.

Hello everyone,

I’m Hudson, a 6 ½ year old boy, slim 95-100 #. I was adopted by Mollys Place as a puppy, but was recently returned due to my mom’s terminal illness. As difficult of a decision as it was for her, she wanted me to find happiness and have what I needed moving forward.

Having lived all my years with mom, I was given only love and her undivided attention. I am well behaved, loving, calm, gentle with children young and old.
Initially crated trained, I graduated to free roaming in the home unsupervised. My leash walking is superior. I sit, shake, lay down and stay on command. Other dogs (probably cats too) are all buddies to me. Mom treated me to car rides, parks, play dates and I grew to be the best boy ever with her help.

Please consider adopting me and making me happy the rest of my days, what mom knows I deserve and prays for me to have. I’m Hudson, a loving boy in a big, gently body who is looking for hugs, snuggling and a new best friend.
