One of the touching emails we have received since we announced our close 💗 ||
Hi, I just wanted to thank you so much for your company and for making beautiful collars to benefit pit bulls. I’m sure you guys hear stories all the time from your customers, but I wanted to let you know about my Tippy before you close your store.
I found your collars on a whim on Instagram, and I decided to buy her a few because first off, they were beautiful, and second of all I wanted Tippy to look like the Queen she is. Never in my wildest dreams did I know what a difference your collars would make for her. Suddenly, people would stop us in the street to comment how precious she looked. They would ask to say hello to her, and when we went on walks, they wouldn't move to the other side of the street, but would walk past with a smile. Kids would get so excited to pet the dog with the princess flower collar, and I got the chance to teach them how to appropriately approach an anxious dog. Tippy's confidence soared. She grew into the gentle Queen I always knew she was.
It's coming on five years that I have adopted her, and she is a completely different dog. She's fairly famous in my neighborhood, with people always on the lookout to see which flower collar she's wearing today. She's a favorite of my neighbors, and helped many people get over their misconceptions of pitbulls and even of dogs in general. She's in her golden years now, but I promise that she will look Queenly every day of her life with her beautiful BARX + BLOOMS collars.
I know that the change in people's perception of her is largely attributed to the fact that she's so well trained and has naturally gentle mannerisms, but I know for a fact your collars helped. I just wanted to take the time to truly thank you for that. Every dog that wore your collars had their beauty and sweetness enhanced, but it they did so much more than that. Thank you for making these beautiful collars and for making a difference in how pitbulls are received.
I wish you all the best of luck in your future endeavors. Here are some pictures of Queen Tippy looking like the gentle Queen she is wearing your collars.
All the best, Anna & T @ San Francisco, California
