Annnnnndddd another one. 🫠😵‍💫
Please welcome Trouser 🖤 ( bun looks like they have little pants on!)

This little Dutch is about 5 weeks old & struggling with a URI. Thankfully a good samaritan contacted us to help them asap, before it got worse. Little bun is receiving the proper care & treatment now. Thankfully we have a foster home open for this baby, as adoptions were successful this weekend!

Need Tar-Jay 🎯🤍

Tar-Jay was found under a car, in 100° heat, in a Target parking lot. With Target security & 10 good samaritans help, baby bun was caught. Bun will be on a short stray hold, although we believe he was dumped or carried over by a cat. Bun needed rescue asap due to age & medical attention.

We are officially FULL. We have no room for a single rabbit or guinea pig. My hands are tied & I am over my comfortable capacity. We will not be able to save any more animals, until we have adoptions or foster homes become available! 🐾

10+ PIGS SAVED 🐹💛🌾⛅️

Although today was Adopt-A-Pet Day, our organization participated in saving more lives. I got a call regarding someone selling piggies at a garage sale. These pigs lived in improper conditions, being bred frequently, & had no correct nutrition. Today was also extremely hot & not every pig had access to water.
After conversation, we were able to come to an agreement on our organization intaking every single one.

-1 single male
-4 younger females (all pregnant)
-1 malnourished/sickly female (prego watch)
-1 mama + 3, 48 hour old babies

Thank you to our foster families who were able to step in & help. We can’t do this without you!

Everyone, meet Penn! 🩶🍼⭐️🐾🤭

LHR is not a dog/cat rescue, however, that’s actually how I got into rescue! So this isn’t my first rodeo. We are by no means a dog/cat rescue, but everyyyy once in a while one sneaks in!
Penn was found outside in a tire, on my foster family’s property. They waited for mom to return & actually spotted mama moving other kittens. Mama was no where to be found hours later (& still has not seen her since), & the kitten was not thriving. My fosters alerted me about the situation, sent over a photo, & I couldn’t say no! Now I’ll be getting no sleep for the next 3-4 weeks 🙃

Lots of prayers & good vibes for this sweet baby boy. 🍼 He’s very active, good eater & bigggg pooper. I don’t think I’ve ever handled a baby so teeny tiny! If I’m slow to posting, I’m either A. bottle feeding or B. sleeping.

I’m feeling overwhelmed & blessed 🥹
Pignic was a HUGE success this year - first time in Modesto, CA. Thank you to everyone who came out & supported.
More photos & details coming soon, but for now I have the report that 8 guinea pigs found forever homes & 4 were placed into foster care.
