We are thankful for the rain but hate when we can’t practice due to it. However we made the most of it and the kids wrote down reasons why is great for the rider and the horse!

1. Works on riders balance- forces your position to be more correct
2. Increases Flexibility- can lead to less rider tension
3. Improve your movement with the horse
4. Improves horse in coming up under you
5. Builds core strength
6. Improves horse and rider connection
7. Strengthens multiple muscle groups
8. Helps prepare you to not panick in a tack malfunction emergency
9. Improves horse adjusting to your movements
10. Improve the horses confidence in carrying a rider
