Ludo is homebred out of my Bitch aka Vespa to FTCH Arcklebear caribou. He has a wonderful temperament, he is very loyal, trainable and has bags of drive and style. He has had his first season picking up this year and is steady, quiet, soft mouthed and an absolute hunting machine. He is a good stamp of dog and has a very handsome head. Wow! I couldn’t be prouder of my dog, my teammates and myself 🤩 It was an honour representing the Midland Gundog Society. As a team we came 2nd in the Chatsworth Team Test, My teammate Di won Top Dog scoring 120/120 over the 2 days and my wonderful dog won a special award from the organisers as their choice of dog over the weekend. Our awards were presented by Her Grace the Duchess of Devonshire. Blade ran his socks off especially on Sunday picking a very difficult mark across the river and into the bracken showing off his natural working ability. After waiting all day for our run, it’s safe to say we were feeling the pressure but I couldn’t have enjoyed running with these ladies anymore! Thank you so much girls for being such fantastic team mates and thank you to for the invite and being an amazing team captain 💘 It’s safe to say the girls didn’t mess around 💘💪🏽

A few highlights from Albert’s first year! He did lots of cool stuff! Lambing, cruising round on bicycles, pub crawls, riding horses, lambing, driving land rovers, riding trains, picking his first pheasant and being a full time legend! I can’t believe he is going to be 7 this year! Couldn’t ask for a better best friend 💗💗🐾🐾

I have a very tired Blade on my hands after he worked his socks off yesterday at the Midland Gundog Society Open. We came away with a COM which I am very pleased with 💘 Thank you to everyone for a super day and well done to everyone in the awards!! ( spot Digger’s photobomb )

I had the best day running in Jason Mayhew’s team test in aid of Mind Charity. We had such a lovely day and made even better by coming 4th and our team mate Mike Jones winning top dog with Buzz! My lovely dog Blade did me proud! ( I didn’t tell him we were competing with and against some of the best handlers in the UK and Europe) well done to the winners Team Laura’s Angels 😇 🥇 Big thanks to Jason and Anna Mayhew and for organising the day and to my team mates Ellena Swift Nunneley Barry Cooper Mike Jones and Simon Whitehead. It was great spending the day with you all and working as a team! Can’t wait until next time! Well done Team Baz’s Angels 😇 Cowdray
