LOST DOG near Ogden, UT, USA!

I’m looking for my dog. His name is Link. He is an English lab he is wearing his blue rubber swim collar with green buckle and leash hook. He got out last night in Ogden around Cross St between Washington and Wall and 700 S and 12th st. That grid. He doesn’t usually get out but the occasions he does he just lays in my neighbors back yard. I was out with him but he snuck down the side of my house when I was playing a puzzle game on my phone. He got at the most a 20 minute head start once I stopped searching my yard my house and my neighbors yard. So I’m hoping maybe someone picked him up. He’s ridiculously friendly, like show you the valuables in my house friendly. Please let me know if you’ve seen him. Or if you’re the one who found him or if you’ve come across a post about a found lab. We are all so worried about him.
Yes he is chipped. But it’s a Sunday. So none of the shelters are open.
