A big ❤ thank you to her earth angel that once again took care of the financial end her visit today. As well 6 months of HW prevention.
You know who you are and you are truly one of the best humans we have ever met!

Abigail and friends are in search of a furever home. All are fully vetted and HW-. 😁
1 year ago this baby could barely use her one back leg. She has had TPLO surgery and is fully recovered allowing her to be the playful pup that she so deserved at only 3 years young.
Please share this amazing girl. She deserves a loving home that will smile with her 🐶🐾

From the time this precious girl was born it has been a long hard journey!
Brought into the shelter as a puppy. Adopted with 4 legs only to be returned with 3! Problem being the one knee she had left was completely busted.
With no hesitation what so ever was she going to die at the shelter or land in the wrong hands. With team effort we got her out and safe.
Abigail had TPLO surgery last September. 2 plates put in her little knee. All paid for by her anonymous donor 🐶❤
Fast forward to today.....a very big day!! Abigail's first time free with no human holding her leashes securing her 🎊
This means she is now ready to find her furever home 🙂
Abigail is fully vetted, microchipped and HW-
Approximately 2.5 years old and around 50 lbs.

Goofing off while we wait to go in for our 2 week checkup at Gulf Coast.

Abigail had her staples removed and her range of motion is right where it should be after 2 weeks.
Activity still needs to remain limited while we continue to build her muscles and strength back up in that one little back leg.

Thank you Lyndsay for all your help getting her to her appointments.

Sweet Abigail Marie is a fighter and a survivor!

Abigail's spirits are just as they were when I dropped her off Wednesday morning for surgery.
Just the happiest little girl as I've known her to be once we broke out of the scary shelter 🐾❤🐶

Abigail Marie did great overnight at Gulf Coast.
She is eating normal and drinking water.
A little hesitant on wanting to use that back leg....but hey it's only day one!
Can't wait to pick her up tomorrow and give her a great big hug 🐶🐾

We are happy to announce that Abigail Marie's TPLO surgery was a success! ❤❤
Abigail's little knee was so tore up the decision was made to put 2 plates in to better assist her to live a much more secure life as an already tripod.
We will pick Abigail up on Friday and begin our journey of healing, therapy and slowly building that leg back to where it should have always been 🐶🐾
Again a huge thank you to her earth angel who has made this expensive surgery happen! Lyndsay you are the best for all the help with the car rides to ensure she feels safe with someone in the backseat.
Everyone who has donated in every little way is not little to us at all!
This is not a one person show...this is a village coming together to a deserving pup in need!

We are eager and ready to step into our next phase of healing and physical therapy to save Abigail's one back leg and allow her to live the best life ever as a tripod. 🐶🐾

We had a very reassuring consultation for Abigail Marie today.
TPLO surgery will be her best chance at living the most normal and pain free life as a tripod. Surgery is set for sept 30th in the AM.
Her consultation, antibiotics, and pre surgery medicated shampoo were all covered by her Earth Angel today!
You have touched our hearts deeply with your unconditional kindness!
