For those that are unaware, Rob Wenger has owned and operated Alpha Dog Training Team and New Heights Dog Training for close to 20 years. In that time many trainers that have worked for these companies have gone on to run their own successful Dog training companies. It’s never fun to lose someone you have put so much money and time into, but any good man should feel proud and vindicated to watch a protege become a teacher! Congrats to them!
