Crossposting for BAGS Basset Rescue. BAGS in located in Minerva, Ohio. Looking for the perfect home for Murphy, an energetic, 11 month old male basset.
Murphy is the typical pup in the toddler stage and requires a basset savvy home. He would probably do best as an only pup at first until he learns manners and boundaries. He loves people and children!
Murphy is HW negative, UTD on vaccines, neutered and had a gastoplexy.
Murphy does have a birth defect that resulted in a overbite and a bit of what I call a Roman nose but that does not affect his ability to eat or drink. Instead makes him unique, special and deserving the love of a special family. Please reach out to Karen Metcalf who is doing the interviewing and back ground checking for him on behalf of BAGS. Owners ‼️‼️
Topher here gets car sick EVERY TIME we go any where. I live 3 miles from the dog park in town and he always pukes. Either in the way there or home. He is 3 months old (tomorrow) and i would like to know what y’all have gave to your basset to help them not get sick.

Welcome Zara! 🐶

Zara is a 6 year old Basset who will be looking for a quiet home with lots of love and affection, with people who are able to boost her confidence back up!🤗

Zara has previously had a few litters and was rehomed after having them. Her current owners unfortunately reached out for help as when they welcomed a new family member, Zara grew depressed and lacked confidence. 😢

We will be monitoring her over the next couple of weeks to determine her temperament, attitude, skills and habits, and we will continue to update you on her journey. ❤️
