I'm Amy Clough, owner and sole baker of Clough'D 9 Cookies and Sweets (pronounced "cloud nine"). My cookies are a buttery vanilla cookie with a hint of lemon, topped with sweet vanilla royal icing. I am located on Maryland's Eastern Shore, amidst the farm fields and waterways of Caroline County. I do not have a store front, but bake my treats in my licensed commercial kitchen- found in my backyard

! I will deliver my treats free of charge to the Preston, Easton, or Denton areas. Unfortunately, I no longer ship cookies as of 2018. Please send me message to inquire about cost. Cookies can be individually bagged as favors, gift boxed, or arranged on platters (platters for local orders only).

A little Colorado-inspired set of cookies for my husband’s long-time friend. Thanks, Jerod, for the tasty breakfast and ride to the airport!

Mike and I were in Denver a few weeks ago for his work and I was fortunate to tag along. We stayed at the Rockies Ga***rd Resort and took a short trip to the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs for a few hours on our last day. It’s simply beautiful!! I can’t wait to visit again! But I will remember to bring my saline nasal spray next time. My sinuses are not accustomed to dryyyyyy air.

🍗 Come join me at my "Thankful for Cookies" INTERMEDIATE Cookie Decorating Class on Thursday 11/6/25 at the Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company in Queen Anne, MD from 7-9pm. Since this is an intermediate class, students should be comfortable with basic piping and flooding with royal icing, as these skills will not be taught.
🍁In this 2-hour class, attendees will learn how to decorate five fun cookies using intermediate skills such as making royal icing transfers, making a petal icing tip, creating a textured background, and airbrushed shading.

When I was a kid, I remember seeing green apples and red delicious apples in the grocery store. The apples I ate came from one of the apple trees in the backyard, and often baked into a pie that my mom made. 🥧

It’s incredible how many different varieties of apples you can find now. Honeycrisp, pink lady, jazz, cosmic, the list goes on! I love a good crisp apple sliced in half, core removed, and filled with a dollop of peanut butter. The perfect snack.

🐝 Come join me at my "Bee Sweet" INTERMEDIATE Cookie Decorating Class on Thursday 8/28/25 at the Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company in Queen Anne, MD from 7-9pm. Since this is an intermediate class, students should be comfortable with basic piping and flooding with royal icing, as these skills will not be taught.

🍯In this 2-hour class, attendees will learn how to decorate five bee-utiful cookies using intermediate skills such as making royal icing transfers, pressure piping, and airbrush shading and stenciling.
