DEMO REGIONAL MANAGER- PHX, AZ
(PART- TIME 29 HOURS PER WEEK)
The Demo Regional Manager will be responsible for a designated group of reps within an assigned geographical territory and will be a direct report of the Director of Demo. The position is based out of Phoenix, AZ. The manager is responsible for managing Demo Reps to efficiently and effectively accomplish Demo project goals assigned by represented vendor.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with Staffing Department to establish the staffing needs of the assigned region.
• Assist in Training Demo Reps in their region (Demo Training & FETCH 2.0 Training)
• Coach, motivate, provide good example to your assigned staff and others.
• Evaluate performance of assigned staff
• Coordinate the completion of assignments
• Demo Regional Manager has weekly meeting with Demo Director to go over status of projects running in their region.
• Administration/communicating with reps/stores
• Identify issues and recommend solutions
• Manage the Regions Demo Projects by month as outlined from the Director of Demo
• Other duties as assigned
• Part-time 29 hours per week
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
• Ability to effectively analyze situations and applying solutions to achieve resolution
• Ability to effectively communicate and present to diverse groups and individuals through strong written, speaking and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external business partners
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Effective problem solving and organizational skills
EXPERIENCE:
• Strong Management Skills as well as self-management ability (2-3 years in Management)
• Proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• A strong work ethic, a desire and willingness to execute company policies and procedures, and the patience necessary to be successful in achieving the established goals
