"I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Trainer John and Paw & Order Twin Cities.

Our Ziggy (3 yr old rescue) had issues with leash pulling and had extreme reactivity to other dogs as shown in the first video below. Every time he saw another dog, he’d bark incessantly.

Trainer John helped us find tools to discourage naughty behaviors and reward good behaviors. Ziggy now walks with significantly more leash slack. He is able to interact with other dogs with no issue. The second video is Ziggy walking with the same dog as in the first video. I couldn’t believe it!

Thank you so much, Trainer John. Ziggy loves meeting new friends now!"

His knowledge, professionalism and calm demeanor were so helpful during our training sessions.
My girl Maya was always moving around, never relaxing, always wanting to play. Not only did he help me train my dog to be more calm and less impulsive, but he helped me understand that the calmness had to begin with me as the owner!! It was truly amazing the difference I saw in my dog, when I started to practice being calm around her and showing her that it was okay to do NOTHING. After this course, I was able to expose Maya to outings, she is able to sit and chill while I am having lunch. "John was fantastic for our situation! We had just adopted a dog who spent her whole life in the streets and since being in rescue had a lot of trauma she had to overcome. I have another dog and have worked with several foster dogs so I have quite a bit of basic dog training and understanding of training under my belt but I really needed a confident trainer to help me identify the best way to train Eowyn. John fit the bill immediately since his approach of every dog needs something different was exactly what I was looking for. He was able to train us how to train Eowyn and fine tune what we were doing. Today’s Paw & Order Dog Training - Twin Cities’s graduate is Eowyn! This young lady started her life on the streets of Afghanistan, before her two wonderful humans brought her back home with them and gave her a new life. Through training, she is now ready to be the best family member she possibly can be!
