Message from Finder: this is definitely someone's dog. she stood out by the road for awhile to see if anyone was looking for him, but she has toddler aged kids so needed to get inside. She has the pup safe in her hse for his proper owners. Collar but no tags are present.

Description: my daughter just found this little (boy?) wandering around by her hse in Newburg and I told her I would post it for her. She is holding him in her hse, he is safe.
