Its a little over one week to go until the second National Sheep Breeders Association of Ireland Show takes place at Cillin Hill, Kilkenny on June 8th!

It looks set to be a fabulous event once again with showing, industry related talks, exhibitions, trade stands and the opportunity to socialise with like minded people.

Live seminars will be held throughout the NSBA Red Mills Championships in Kilkenny on Saturday 8th June. These will be given by industry specialists on topics related to the Irish Sheep Industry.

Included on the day are:
RED MILLS Nutritionist, a Vet from MSD, Cormac Tagging and Sheep Ireland. Topics and timetable to be announced ahead of the event next week.

We were absolutely delighted to have Anna-May McHugh of the National Ploughing Championships in attendance last night in the RED MILLS Store to officially launch the very first National Sheep Breeders Association of Ireland Show taking place on the 9th of June in The Hub.

It looks set to be a massive event in this year's sheep calendar and one not to be missed. National competitions have been confirmed for many of the pedigree breed Societies including Charollais, Texel, Suffolk, Belclare, Zwartables Eire Co-Op Society and many more. A major commercial competition will also be run at the event in conjunction with the Irish Farmers Journal.
