I can't express the importance of talking to someone when things are not OK. It really does help. There is so much available support, medication, etc.
It really is OK not to be OK
We all need help at times. It may be on different levels, but we can all feel sad, down, or not quite right, and it's really important to let someone know.

Thought you had heard the last of this didn't you well sorry NOT but after we kindly made £900 in Sponsorship. Sandra Anne sponsored me a tenner and set me a mission to make it to a £1000.
MS-UK rang today full of thanks and told me £1000 would fund two mindfulness classes. Having attended one myself I know how important these are for your mental health when you struggle with a disease like MS. So let's get to a £1000 please help me. I shall start by giving £10.xx
