I know it's been a hot minute since I posted on here, but I'm delighted to report our first pairing has been a major success, and the babies we hatched from Dragon's Lotls are growing their legs! 💖

Something we definitely need to be keeping an eye on and why knowing your lineage is so important. I won't chastise someone for not knowing 3 lines back, I understand that's sometimes a tall order, but this is why we test breed.

Test breeding ensures genetic integrity and health by monitoring the resulting offspring from said test. If you have a high mortality rate, defects, etc from a test pairing, that's a cause for concern.
