Looking for your next prospect, or are you looking for a 4h horse, or even a play day horse? Look no further than TM Baby Blue Ruf "Tuf"

Tuf is a 4 yo registered solid paint standing at 14.3 hh. Tuf has a solid foundation. She has all the basics walk, trot, canter, stop, turn, spin, back. She has been started on barrels and poles and has clocked a 20 sec barrel run and a 29 sec pole run at a local saddle club. She has only ran 3 times so there is a lot of room for improvement.

Take her and finish her out and you will have a jam up barrel and pole horse.

Tuf will be at the state saddle club show at the end of August. Feel free to come by and see her.

Guess I should make it Facebook official. I bought another horse 🫣
Everyone meet Khaleesi aka Kalley. She is a 5yo mare, even though she is a little different than my other ponies somehow I still ended up with a sorrel with a big blaze. Can't wait to see what she and I can do over the next few months.

For your consideration "High Lands Rickey"
Rickey is a 9 year old registered appaloosa gelding, he stands at 15.1 hh.
All around prospect, take him and finish him in any discipline.
Rickey has show experience in the American stock horse association. I have shown him on the green horse division (which just means he has limited points in the events) and he has traveled to Texas for ASHA Nationals. My younger sister also shows him Walk/Trot. He has also shown in local saddle clubs and is starting to learn the barrel pattern.
Rickey has a great personality. He is always in your pocket and looking for scratches. He picks up his feet, stands tied and jumps onto the trailer.
He has carried beginners as well as experienced horse people.
Rickey would make a great lesson horse, a trail horse or even a step up horse for a kid. Bomb proof and dog broke.
Rickey loves leisurely rides around the arena or trail, but he can get up and move if you ask him to.
Would make a great all around horse.
Rickey does have a couple scars from his time with his previous owner, his shoulder scar does not bother him, and the scar on the front of his hock does not cause any issues either.

Long overdue update on JD.
Due to some circumstances out of my control JD was pulled from the auction. She handled the show environment really well for it being her first time off property. I ended up adopting her out privately and she is doing amazing in her new home.
I want to thank all our sponsors!
Barbra Dale, California Braunwalders, and Saint Rose family. Also thank you Bradfords Designs for my banner!
Big thanks to my parents for allowing me to participate in the Extreme Mustang Makeover and for letting me follow my dream.
Also I want to thank Quality Horse Training Gear for JDs halter!

If you are looking for a trail horse this is the one. Rickey is a trail master inside the arena and out. Rickey has been shown in stock horse shows and has worked cows, preformed reining and pleasure patterns, and executed trail courses.

I've been bad about updating on JD and the reason behind that is we haven't gotten very far. We can pick up feet, lead, stand to be fly sprayed, stand to be saddled, and I can sit on her. We have struggled with getting to move under saddle and trailer loading. She's going to need someone with patience and is willing to wait on her to allow her to open up. She follows me around her pen and is learning to enjoy scratches, but she is still unsure of new things.
We have finally mastered walking into the trailer. I was able to lead her in and close the door on her and I was so proud of her.
She is probably going to need a box type trailer because she is not comfortable with being closed in the slants yet.

JD has progressed nicely over the last couple of days. We've been able to pick up all 4 feet and start to get her front feet trimmed up, got her promo photo done (even with all the rain we've had the last week). She's sporting her Quality Horse Training Gear sponsored halter, use code STNEMMLB23 at checkout for 10% off! Great gear for a great price!
Big thanks to all of our sponsors The Braunwalder family, Barbra Dale, and The Saint Rose family.

Been a while since I posted 🫣
Life got busy and I just forgot to actually post.
JD has been doing good, we've picked up our front feet and we are working on our back feet. We are still trying to get the hang of leading, (she's a very cautious mare). I've sat on her a couple of times and she's been doing great with that. She's had her teeth done, and I got the knot out of her tail, her winter fur is mostly gone (thank goodness because promotion photos are due this month). I will have more updates later this week!

18/04/2023

I did it! I sat on her! I was so excited to be able to sit in her for the first time! She was really calm and handled it like a champ. She is also unalarmed by gun shots, Monica shot at a predator that was going after our chickens and JD didn't flinch (and after that I got on her 😂). So happy that this was how we ended our last session before I head fo Texas for the next week can't wait to see what we can do when I get back!

16/04/2023

JD and I have been making some big steps! We have worn the saddle successfully without any bucks or anything, we have picked up 1 foot so far, and I have successfully laid across her back and pet her off side. I am so happy and excited for how far this little mare has come in such a short amount of time. She has made leaps and bounds. She still isn't sure of treats or me at times but she's coming around.
We've been able to use our halter from Quality Horse Training Gear and JD looks good in it! Use her code STNEMMLB23 for 10% off!

Success!! Yesterday I was able to get the lead rope back on JDs halter, and today I was able to give her head scratches. She still isn't sure whether she likes them or not, but we are making progress!

She spooked at the boys racing in the back field, but she didn't go far she just stepped backwards and knocked my phone out of my hands,

1 step forward, 2 steps back. JD has been tough to work with, she isn't curious about me and would much rather munch on hay instead of acknowledge me. Today we made progress, I was able to rub my stick along her body. I think shes starting to like the scratches

I picked up my Extreme Mustang Makeover draw well redraw I guess 🤣
It was an exciting day! Dad and I arrived at Pikeville and got all the paper work and found out my draw was a strawberry roan mare, tag #7491. We got the trailer ready to load the horse and the wrong horse was in the chute #7391, which was the wrong horse. After we changed the horse out I got the "right" horse into the trailer and dad and I were checking to make sure the trailer was secured when I noticed the tag said #7490, again wrong horse, before we could back the trailer up to unload her she tried to jump out of the trailer. Luckily we were able to stop her from getting all the way out. After that we realized my original horse was accidentally loaded on another competitor's trailer and was long gone. They redrew my horse and I ended up with tag #8044 which was a sorrel mare with a big blaze...just my type. Ended up having to secure some plywood on the top of my trailer door to cover the gap. She was easy to load and easy to unload. Still playing around with names, but I can't wait to see what I can do with her!
God works in mysterious ways and I feel like I was meant to have her.
