Update: Ruby has moved to her new forever home in Fairbanks. I am excited for her new life.

In Early May, Ruby, a girl from our 2021 litter (Ch Scotian Greensleeves Arctic Lady Love SH, CDX, NAHVDA-UT x DC Cascade Ridge Ryder), returned to our kennel due to no fault of her own. She is spayed and is current on all shots. She loves life to the fullest, learns fast, and is very sweet and cuddly. She has basic household manners (sit, down, come, heel). She would benefit from continued exposure to new experiences. Ruby would do well as a companion to an active family. She has not been trained in any hunting activities, although she is very interested in birds. She would make a great AKC performance sport dog. She is agile, athletic, and cooperative. If you are interested in Ruby, message me or visit https://greensleevesgwps.com/homepage/available-adult-dogs/ to complete an inquiry form.

Update:
Ruby has moved in with her new forever home in Fairbanks.

Meet Ruby. She is an almost three-year-old GWP from our C-litter. Her family situation changed, and she came back to our kennel. She is from health-tested parents. Her mom, littermate sister, and older half-sister are on site. She is housetrained, eats and sleeps in her kennel, loves to go for rides, and walks nicely on a leash. She gets along with other dogs and loves people. There are lots of good things about this girl. She loves to be active but isn't destructive at all. She is about 45 pounds and spayed.
She is looking for a family of her own again. There will be a re-homing fee and a contract. Private message me if you are interested in learning more about Ruby.

Ruby, a girl from our 2021 litter, AnnieB to Ryder (Ch Scotian Greensleeves Arctic Lady Love SH, CDX, NAHVDA-UT x DC Cascade Ridge Ryder), has come back to our kennel due to no fault of her own. She has been here for a month now and is again looking for a family of her own. She is spayed, current on all shots, and lives with our pack of dogs, getting along with all. She travels, eats, and sleeps in her kennel without complaints. However, any potential as a hunting prospect is unknown at this time. If you are interested in Ruby, message me or visit https://greensleevesgwps.com/homepage/available-adult-dogs/ and complete an inquiry form.
There will be a contract and a rehoming fee. She will only go to an approved home.

A puppy from our C-litter (DOB 8-13-21) returned to me due to no fault of her own. She has been at my house for three weeks. She got spayed yesterday and is recovering well. She gets along with all my dogs, has solid basic house manners, and has a reasonably good recall. She is looking for her own new family. She has lots of energy and gets very excited when she sees new dogs that could be potential play buddies. There will be a contract and rehoming fee. If interested contact me for more information. For those who know my dogs, she is a sister to Netta.

There is currently a GWP in Soldotna, Alaska, looking for a new home. I don't know anything about the dog or the situation—not from my breeding—but that boy needs a new home!

Hello Elvis!

TL;DR
•Male puppy
•20lbs estimated 60lbs adult size
•3-4months old
•Good with dogs
•Good with people
•Okay with cats but caution of high prey drive
•UTD on Vaccines/Microchipped/Vetted/Neuter contract

Elvis is a 3-4 month old German wirehaired Pointer puppy, he was left to fend for himself in the village and a good samaritan saved him.

This sweet boy is true to his breed, he's very active, outgoing and adventurous. He will need an experienced family, that can work with his high drive/motivation as these guys can become bored and destructive if not give appropriate outlets. He did have a small injury to his rear leg that has since healed but because of that we would like to wait to neuter to ensure he has the hormones to continue to grow and will have a neuter contract.

He's extremely intelligent and very food motivated, we have been working with him in some resource guarding and he's been doing very very good with it. But because of the resource guarding we don't recommend a household with small children.
He's been working really hard on potty training, grooming training, crate training and house hold manners.
Because he is a high drive/high prey drive breed we suggest caution be taken with cats, he's showing he can be trained to be with them but that training must continue to be cat safe.

Elvis has so much amazing potential and would work well in an active home or even as a potential hunting dog.

Elvis is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed and will have a neuter contract w/neuter paid for by us at an older age.

Yesterday, Red Girl, now Greensleeves Tympani Fox Sterlingworth’s Riding Shotgun, call name Foxy went to her new home to live with Pam, David, and their Chesapeake girl, Katie, in Homer, Alaska. I know Pam and David are in for a lot of GWP love, fun, and entertainment!! Lots of "snowbirding" winter-quail hunting in their future!!! I couldn't be more thrilled to have a puppy go to such an experienced hunting home!!! Best of all, the puppy stays in Alaska!!!

Update: Both puppies are spoken for.

Red Girl (Heather) and Green Boy (Knight) are the last remaining puppies available from our Greensleeves GWP and Tympani Wires litter. Parents are health tested. Puppies have all their shots, working on pointing, retrieving, general obedience training, visiting dog-friendly stores, and, in general, wrapping everyone around their little paws 🥰. Contact me for more details.

I forgot that FB only allows me to upload one video at a time. More indoor playtime. A 3rd video to follow.

Evening playtime. When it gets dark outside, we move into the garage. They really like the foam-tiled floor. Aunt Skye is about the most tolerant puppy socializer. Grandmom AnnieB puts the law down much quicker when manners jump out of control. 😃.
Down to just two puppies available. The shorter coated liver/roan female and the liver/white male aren't spoken for.

And so it begins. The first of my four Alaska travelers from the Greensleeves Tympani litter has moved to its very own family. Black girl has moved to the Fairbanks area. Best of luck to Tara and Ryan with your new family member!!! I know she'll keep you on your toes 😄.

And when it rains, playtime moves indoors for a while. I am really impressed with my adult GWPs and how patient they are with the 10-week-old puppies. The temperament of dogs is so very important. These puppies' exposure to great behavior examples helps in setting them up for becoming well-balanced family dogs.

The mostly white dog is the matriarch and grand mom, AnnieB (CH Scotian Greensleeves Arctic lady Love SH, CDX, TKN, UT). The mostly liver dog is Skye (Greensleeves Arctic Purple Sky, SH, CDX, TKN, UT) - aunt to the puppies. The liver-roan dog is Netta (Greensleeves Look at Me Now) half-aunt to the puppies.

The four puppies are from the joint litter by Greensleeves GWPs and Tympani Wires, out of GCH CH Scotian Little Drummer Boy and CH Greensleeves Laffy Taffy at Tympani Wires. Born June 20th in Colorado at the Tympani Wires kennel, a litter of 12 puppies. Four of them made their way to my house, Greensleeves GWPs kennel.

A little sunshine break this afternoon. That is a good enough reason for puppy spam to keep you smiling after the rain returns. Puppies now have temporary call names. Green boy is, for now, Knight; Green girl is, for now, Queen; Red girl is Heather, and Black girl is Yrsa. They turned 10 weeks today. These puppies are from my co-breeding of Greensleeves GWP and Tympani Wires. Dam is an AnnieB daughter and sister to my Skye.

After lunch and a nap at the cabin, we took the puppies individually into the field to locate a pigeon and a quail plus a play-retrieve of a previously dispatched bird.
We followed it up with a visit to the lake, where each of the pups got to watch their aunt, Skye, retrieving bumpers. They went as far as getting their feet wet. After a lot of new exposure, I am happy with just wet feet. They were already dealing with stimulation overload.

All four puppies are available for your consideration. Contact me for more information or a visit to meet them in person.

The four Greensleeves Tympani puppies that came to Alaska had their first field day today. We started by taking the entire gang for a stroll in the wind and rain. Curiosity won out over the weather. The excellent work of Krista Rutmanis and her daughters, Sylvia and Harper, at Tympani Wires is evident in how well these puppies just roll with whatever is in front of them. Nothing seems to fluster them.

Warning: Totally unedited photo dump of the four puppies that just arrived. Thank you so very much to Judy Alderson for being the puppy transporter. The 9-week-old puppies handled the travel from Denver to Anchorage like pros!!! I had planned for a slow, methodical introduction to my adult GWPs - one at a time. Well, somehow all of a sudden all the dogs ended up in the yard, playing and having a wonderful time. The pups just rolled with all the new surroundings, exposure to new smells, new dogs, and general stuff, fuller curiosity, and ready to conquer the world. AnnieB is being the firm grandmom, laying the law down and the puppies are learning their manners. Skye is in heaven being able to play 'mom'. Netta is excited about new playmates.

These four puppies are coming to me in Alaska. One boy and three girls. Introducing them to birds and water and establishing some groundwork for basic obedience will be so much fun while we finalize their placement. Some more background in the comment section. Contact me for more information.
