RHEAS⚫ Quite the eventful day for the young Rheas.. they have grown so much so we moved them outside and filled their shelter with lots of straw. It was a family effort. They seem to be settling in well in this nursery pen. We'll let the smaller girls catch up in size before putting them out to the paddocks. Rheas are flightless birds that will happily live alongside a number of animals, including ponies. They are captivating to watch, and lay the most incredible primrose coloured eggs (enormous)
