Homemade dog food for my sweet girl - prepared by me! This meal includes turkey, salmon and veggies! Once gently cooked and cooled, I then measure out equal portions and freeze.

Three Simple Ingredients for Homemade Dog Treats

Ingredients: Mix up one medium banana, 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey and 1/4 cup of almond or coconut flour for a batch of Banana Honey Tea Biscuits. Garnish with almond slices if you like.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 250 F. Using a bowl, mash the banana, add honey and flour. Mix well. Using a tablespoon, measure out 6 biscuits and place on your greased baking sheet. Gently flatten each biscuit using the palm of your hand. Then top the biscuits with the almond slices, if using. Bake for 60 minutes, or until done.

You may want to add a little more honey - they are a little dry to me but, the dogs love them!

These biscuits are rich in potassium from the banana and the added honey offers a boost of antioxidants.

Good food for your dog and at a fraction of the cost compared to store bought treats.

Yum ..... the first cherry tomatoes of the season!

I plant marigolds along side of the tomatoes to ward off the bugs.

But this year, the earwigs are out in full force and the Japanese Beetles are devouring my flowers.

It's a battle out there!🐛🐜🐌
