Oliva egg layers come in a variety of plumages and produce green eggs in a range of natural earthy olive shades, ranging from moss through to sage and even khaki. There is no wonder Oliva Layers and their eggs are becoming so popular, with their rustic appearance they are a fascinating alternative breed for smaller producers.

MEET OUR BREEDS!

The Bianca Azurri is bred for its unique blue egg shell color, good shell strength and excellent silver feather cover. The Azurri is a robust and friendly bird, ideal for small scale and backyard egg producers, producing attractive and good quality eggs. The current laying hens have the advantage of having 50% of the genes coming from White Leghorns. Making her highly productive, with excellent feed conversion, egg quality and livability. Selection parameters focus on the importance of uniformity of the blue egg shell color, the eggshell breaking strength and the feather cover during the whole egg laying cycle.

Hello all and welcome!

Having had experience with poultry for 25+ years at home and 10 years within the poultry industry I decided to start up for myself producing quality pullets for the laying and pet market.

Having acquired breeding stock from the U.K.’s leading companies and breeders I have managed to put together a large selection of birds. We started on 2022 with my main aim to increase solely the breeding flock, now with 2023, I can begin to offer pullets to the Trade, any birds left behind in certain hatches will be offered for sale to the public.
