Sonrisas is a rescue from Mexico. If you have ever been to Mexico you would see first hand how they have a notorious stray dog problem. You will see dogs roam the streets all over. It’s a really sad situation to see and I hope one day this will no longer be a norm. Sonrisas is one lucky pup!
