Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and customer service to ensure the store meets sales targets and delivers an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer serviceDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilityMonitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and displayed correctlyEnsure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to customersTrain and coach staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniquesHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerManage cash handling procedures and ensure the store is compliant with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure the store is meeting company goalsMaintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customersQualifications:3+ years of experience in retail managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandisingProficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systemsBachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
