After 6+ hour drive in the rain and fog I am so excited to have brought home my imported Nisai Fukami TVR’s. They are perfection. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I do watching them.

Checked the month old TVR fry under the magnifying glass. Looking good so far.

First cull of TVR Ranchu. You can see their little tails. Removed curved spines and bottom swimmers. Not too many culls just the obvious. You can see their little tails now.

I know this page is all about goldfish but I just have to share these little rainbows I have hatched. They are the smallest little fry I have ever seen. Doing well at 4 weeks old.

Tosai TVR 2017 hibernating for the winter. Can’t wait for spring to get them back outside!

I’m just sharing a great little find. Went to my local Canadian Tire and found this plumbing snake for $3. It works amazingly to clean filter hoses and plastic parts. Just thought I’d share this great find.

Been keeping this one to myself till they settled in. I have a new group of Buffalo Head Ranchu to add to the breeding program. They are small now but with they way their eating their blood worms they’ll grow in no time. Very friendly little Ranchu.

It’s a cold day up here in Canada and I have to put an extra heater in the garden room for the little chu’s. They don’t seem to mind the cold and would rather devour their blood worms.
