You can now join me every Wednesday online and in person! I will be leading a High Noon Breath & Flow class from 12-1pm as well as a Balancing Evening Slow Flow from 7:30-8:30pm! Both of these classes are offered online and in person.

You know that feeling when you wake up from savasana? What they call that ‘post yoga glow’. Where your energy feels rejuvenated and balanced, your body mind is clear, and your body feels radiant? It’s what brings most people back to their practice again and again.
But yoga goes so much deeper than the physical practice and it’s benefits. Showing up everyday and doing the deeper work is tough, but the benefits are 1000x more worth it. You begin to feel shifts in every aspect of your life. Your health, your mental being, how you respond to stress, your resilience, strength, and physical well-being all begin to improve. All it starts with is stepping onto your mat and meeting yourself where you are at.
Yoga is a dance between control and surrender- between pushing and letting go- and when to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of an open-ended exploration of your being. - Joel Kramer
