Welcome to 4PawsAgility page.

4Pawsalgility training is a great way of burning off your dog’s excess energy, whilst providing him or her with mental stimulation and a high quality exercise in an enclosed paddock. There are a variety of obstacles now and I’m expanding it all the time! 4pawsagility is a dog agility course with varied obstacles ranging from a selection of jumps, tyre jumps

, low and high A-frames, tunnels, agility walks and seesaws. It’s suitable for any breed of dog, as long as they are fit and healthy (that includes the handler!), where possible most of the equipment is height adjustable. Each piece of agility equipment is introduced one at a time, to build your dog’s confidence in using the apparatus. Remember everything is new to you and your dog, like jumping on command, walking through enclosed tunnels and climbing ramps. The surfaces of the obstacles will also be a new experience too and will take a short while to get used to. Obedience: Your dog will learn to sit and stay, walk or run to heel and jump on command. These are all useful commands to learn for everyday life. Rewards: You know your dog and understand what makes him or her tick. This is useful in deciding on rewards during the sessions. Does your dog respond best to treats, toys or praise? Bring along either their favourite toy (pocket sized!!) or treats to use in addition to praise. The benefits: I’ve seen a number of benefits since using the agility course myself. I’ve developed a better relationship with my dog, there’s been a definite improvement in obedience and also physical fitness for both of us! It’s all about having fun with your dog and working together as a team and it’s something that’s that little bit different! Thank you for all your support sharing this post. A new home has been found for this little dog and they will be given plenty of support while he settles into his new family.

Hi Friends,
I have been fostering this gorgeous boy over the festive season. He is now ready to find his forever PET 🏡
He needs a loving, active, child free household that has experience of living with, training and loving a working cocker spaniel!
He’s a lively little man. He has been neutered and is house trained. He loves playing with his ball and could learn to retrieve to hand with the right training. At first he was a little jumpy meeting my pack but within a few days he’s now walking beautifully to heel on the lead and has settled well as part of the pack.

Thank you for all the shares and your response to finding a forever home for our lucky little friend! A home and new family has been found. Thank you 🐾

This is a young man that is looking for a forever home. This home would need to have experience of an active, 1 year dog, Labrador pup with lots of energy. You need to have time to give him plenty of exercise and then begin to introduce obedience and walking to heel on the lead etc.
He’s a lovely dog, with a lot of energy. He has lived in the home with a family with children. His forever home would ideally need time and energy to get him back on track with his obedience. He is a friendly and loving little soul, house trained and good with other dogs. Please pm me if you would like further information and can offer him what he needs! Many thanks 🐾

Before and after training session on desensitisation. Vacuuming was a little tricky for this owner but after delivering clear instructions in a simple way our four legged friend soon realised the correct behaviour. 🐾😊
