For the remainder of the 2023 stud season Thomas H will be available on No Foal No Fee basis for mares boarding at Leake Stud, Northallerton, N-Yorkshire. Collection fees and vets packages payable in advance. Stud fee payable once mare is scanned in foal, prior to collection of the mare from stud.
For shipped chilled semen our terms remain no foal free return with stud fee payable prior to shipment.

Thomas and Holly Croall Equestrain - nee Brown had another splendid day. Coming home with a 1st (73.27%) and 2nd (69.77%) place in very good company at Northallerton Equestrian Centre.
Just amazing to watch him try his heart out every time for her.
Who says stallions cannot be social? Thomas and Alameery having a little bit of a bromance going tonight.
Just like any other horse, stallions require a certain social interaction, such as grooming another horse and friendship. These two showing that is perfectly possible with the right temperaments.
BD Dressage is coming for Thomas and in order to be fully committed to his ridden career, he has moved yards to allow his rider to really get stuck in and advance his career.
We cannot thank the whole team at Appleton Grange Stud enough for all their hard work and dedication to our boy in the past 2 years.
Thomas will still be available for 2022 Stud Season as planned.

Fresh has to be used today, chilled can be used up to tomorrow. Orders need to be made before 12pm today for chilled or fresh can be used up to 4pm today.

We always take the highest care in our semen preparation and quality control.
Here is how a sample of Thomas' chilled semen arrived back to us after a 24h postal trial trip (as it would arrive at the customer). We are very pleased to see hardly any reduction in semen motility numbers after 24h and standing up to high density samples as well.
At time of dispatch, semen motility was 80% and normally it is estimated up to 50% can die in transport, hence why we were very pleased to see only a 10% decay. In this particular single shipment of semen would have been 3.1 billion living sperm cells (10x the minimum required insemination quantity of 300 million).
A working, focused temperament is so important for us. Thomas working in the indoor today with another stallion, a mare and a gelding.

Thomas passed his annual health check with the vet today with flying colours. One of the many ways this beautiful young stallion shows his outstanding temperament, loving nature and attitude.
