Oyster mushrooms are probably our favourite, particularly because they are so versatile. The only problem was that we couldn’t find fresh oyster mushrooms so we completely avoided meals that use them

Luckily though we got gifted some lovely oyster mushrooms from Gourmet Mushrooms Malta and we are so glad to finally have fresh, delicious and beautiful mushrooms💚
