**Rabbit Buyer Policy**

*Rabbits are first come, first served

*BEW/VM/VC animals will go to breeders wanting to better the color and breed. We have the right to refuse the sales of these colors to buyers wanting to produce colors only.

*Show rabbits are sold free of any dq to our knowledge. VM animals are not showable but can be listed as “show type”

*Deposits are non-refundable- If you place

a deposit on a rabbit and back out, your deposit will not be returned- NON-NEGOTIABLE

*Deposits will hold the rabbit while arrangements are made for pick up/transport.

*If rabbit is not picked up within two weeks of purchase, the purchase will be void and your deposit will be forfeited(unless otherwise arranged)

*If something happens to your rabbit while in our care, you will be given three(3) options: receive your deposit back, it can be placed on a different rabbit, or it can be kept as a credit for you.

*We are not held responsible for the rabbits health after it leaves our care. All our rabbits will be healthy, to the best of our knowledge when they leave our care.

*We have the right to cancel and/or refuse a sale for any reason. If a deposit was placed prior to cancellation your deposit will be refunded.

*We do work with transporters. If you choose to use a transporter, buyer is responsible for arranging everything with transport and we will meet transport.

*Once the animal is in route with transport, we will not be held responsible for what happens as it is out of our hands at that point.

*Rabbits will sent with a gallon bag of transition feed

*We do have a list of transporters we refuse to send rabbits with, this can be discussed when discussing options.

*If a rabbit goes on transport and you forget to pick up rabbit, no refund will be given and the animal will come back into our care.

*If picking up locally, a time will be set up in a mutual location. We have a closed barn policy, this means no coming out to meet the rabbits due to the health and safety of the animals. Photos and videos can be sent frequently if buyers requests.

*All rabbits will leave with an identification tattoo in their left ear, this is non-negotiable.

Don’t let the mean mug fool you. T-W Atlantis is BY FAR the sweetest rabbit I have in my barn. Easy to handle, loves to be pet and held. I cradled her like this and she didn’t move. She was so relaxed even her nose stopped moving, when stressed it moves fast like their breathing. We just need her to our herd buck, Killion Glen’s Quinn! Color prediction is black and castor, Atlantis has a lynx and lilac grandparents. So chances are there she got the dilute gene. Time will tell!!

Ironic how some things happen. I was just telling my best friend how I wanted a unicorn. White buck that is genetic chocolate. Well I think I got the next best thing!! This is a buck from Flipside Farm and he is opal, out of an amber and a white! So he carries BOTH!! We can’t wait to pair him with Helga! Helga is the granddaughter of the big white doe Aspen we had in our barn for some time so I’m hoping for whites!

Thank you Flipside Farm for trusting us with him! With him and Quinn I’m so excited for our 2025 year and the progress we will be making!!

Tea is a nice girl. Judges say tad dark in surface color and needs band help. Shoulder could be wider but man does she have a B***Y. Animal husbandry is not for the faint of heart. It takes a strong person, to care for these animals day in and day out. You have to make tough calls and know when it’s time to end an animals suffering because they can’t tell you. It’s the hardest part of caring for animals.

When me and my daughter went out to feed and clean cages, she noticed Saguaro didn’t eat his food from the day before. I then noticed he was laying off kilter and breathing hard. I’d seen he barely drank water and that’s when I got worried.

I opened his cage to see if touching him would make him move. Nothing. I picked him up, which he normally hates, and pulled him out of the cage. Nothing. We placed him on the posing table and he just sat there breathing hard. He had some feeling when I pinched his tail, but it wasn’t very much. So we FaceTimed our friends at Full Throttle and observed him together.

At that point he was starting to sort of move, but he couldn’t keep his balance or hardly use his front legs and would fall over a lot. I could tell it hurt him if I tried to raise his head, and it also appeared he had gone blind. We made the call it was time to end his suffering.

When my husband got home, he double checked its what I wanted to do. I said yes because I can’t have his suffer. He also did some physical tests on him and confirmed something neurological happened to Saguaro, causing him to go blind and lose most control/sensation in his body. We also noticed a messy belly from him soiling himself.

Rest easy Saguaro. You’re up with your dad Mojave now. I’ll miss you so much buddy 😭😭💔🐇

With so many litters and kits to grow out, we are having to be picky who we keep. I named this girl Basil from a name suggestion. She is looking for a new home. Preference to local pick up asap as I could use her cage soon when we wean. Out of Church’s Replica and Church’s Saguaro, so she does carry dilute. Both parents are over 9 # so I think she will get there too

Church’s Prada & Church’s Banana Split
This is a line breeding pair. Banana is a proven sire, I bred him back to his dam Oakley and got 2 bew and a b/f vm brindle. Both animals have dense fur! Banana has more coarse texture, which will pair well with Prada’s softer texture.

Only reason they are being posted is I’m keeping Prada’s sister, and Banana’s bucks from his first litter.

I do work with transport. This is one of the few times I list my vienna rabbits so don’t miss out!!
