I had my first physio session on Friday, I need to build up my hind leg muscles to support my lateral stability and coordination, so to do this I've been given some pole work exercises. This is my first try (I was pretty tired at this stage) and we still have to work on the spacing of the poles, but the aim was to lift my hind legs - which I did 😁

I've moved house today! was a little hesitant to load as I was a bit stressy, but I put my brave boy pants on and on I went.

Hey everyone. I've been a bit quiet recently as the slave has been busy working, but yesterday my old friend Joe Midgely came and did a groundwork session, I haven't seen Joe for 2 and a half years so was a little nervous but soon settled and the training I did all time ago came flooding back as though I'd been doing it every week. Sorry the vids / pics aren't better but the slave was too busy gawping at my amazing talents.
