A wild but friendly dog in farms in the outskirts of Akola city. The hot weather, in afternoon. It seems that this dog has good skills of the wild wolf. His vigilant eyes and and focused ears show how alert he is even while he was resting and cooling in the farm. That's when he got the cue that we are nearby and looking at him from afar. Of course there are many free animals and rough unmanned terrain around. With less human intervention, the dogs rely on wild food along with a little or no food supply from human friends. Even if they are not pets they also care for the farms and the humans around. They are free and also good hunters. They can be domesticated easily when young.

Met This lost obidient boy

Seems to me his ungrateful humans left him at firodiya banglow chowk wherein he was not ready to leave the site ;might be praying to his God (humans) to take him back.

He is very friendly and obeys all the basic dog human or vice versa language

He was struggling for his meals and is bruised by the strays in the struggle. He ate 2 packets of ParleG, which shows he was hungry.

Pls help him with a forever home and Loving parents (humans). He is mix of GSD and LAB.

He is fostered at my place and is very adjusting with my pets.

This website is for promoting the adoption of the Great Indian Dogs instead of foreign breeds. Explaining about different breeds of dogs originally living in India. These indian breeds are at par with any dog breeds. The Most famous Dog breeds are Indian Pariah Dog, Rajapalayam, Kanni, Kombai,Gaddi, etc.. They they are less on fur cause they dont need fur. They are very cunning and great pets and easy to maintain. Best part is they are very well adapted to Indian habitat and can eat any kinds of food both vegetarian and non vegetarian foods.

Many people do not know about or ignore these dogs breeds and switch over to adopting foreign breeds.
These dogs especially Rajpalayam and Kanni are really are a successful breed, which were kept as hunters, guards. They were once the grace of Royalty.
