*** PRIORITY PLACEMENT - MEDICAL ***
Brodie needs to leave the shelter to get the support and follow up care he will need after removal of a corn cob rom his gastric system. Please share Brodie far and wide, or foster/adopt him yourself!
INTAKE DATE: 25-Aug-2024
Precious Brodie was found in Brooklyn, and his record was flagged for neglect as he was emaciated with severe dehydration. He was very sweet but lethargic in spite of his medical issues, and was found to have ingested a corn cob. Brodie has had gastric surgery at an offsite veterinarian, and is recovering. It would be awesome if Brodie can go right from his offsite vet into a loving home, and bypass another stay at the shelter. If you have plenty of TLC, please consider allowing this sweetheart to recover in your loving home. Please PRIVATE MESSAGE our page now if you can foster Brodie.
*** MEDICAL UPDATES ***
