Goodbye Hawaii, you will be deeply missed!!

I just wanted to come in really quick and thank everyone again for all of the love and support you have shown Ember Paws Dog Training over the last 3 years. The last two weeks have been incredibly difficult for us, between traumatically losing Ash, having emergency surgery, and our move in addition to other personal things going on, while also having to close so quickly and unexpectedly, none of it has not been easy physically or mentally. I’ve had so many of you reaching out to check in on us and I am once again so grateful for you all. I am deeply going to miss each and every one of you and your pups and I wish you all the best as you continue on in your training journey. Please stay in touch and I will be back to visit often.🩷

With this move comes big changes that I’m very excited to share in the near future. But for now, a little break, and we will see you all again in a few short months.

On Friday, we tragically lost our oldest pack member, Ash. Due to this, I have made the tough decision to cease all services for the remainder of our time here in Hawaii. I appreciate all of you who have supported my small business over the last 3 years, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.🩷

Today marks 3 years in Hawaii… I can’t believe it! It’s been an incredible journey and I am so grateful to every single one of our amazing clients who have helped Ember Paws Dog Training LLC thrive. I am so proud of the progress you all have made with your dogs and watching your bond with them flourish. I’m so glad that I was able to be a part of your journey, and thank you for trusting me to guide you and your dog through the good times and the hard times.

Unfortunately the sun is setting on our time here and we will be moving to Kentucky very soon. As of September 1st we will officially be closing. If you are wanting to schedule one last private session before I leave, please message me to get added to my schedule.

Over the past year and a half, Lego has completed 5 board and trains with us, along with all of his hard work in service dog training with

Today he completed his last one before he moves off island next month. I am so proud of his progress and I’ve loved and appreciated every moment of getting to know him and watch him grow into an amazing service dog for his owner.

Hmong Bobtail Sloth Bear from got to spend the weekend with us! I have loved getting to watch this litter grow and getting to photograph them along the way while also being trusted by Kira to look after him for a few days, to work on socializing and crate training. Up next is placement testing before they go off to their new homes!

I know everyone has been patiently waiting for sign ups for our next and final round of group classes, I have been so busy these last few weeks with private sessions, agility, rally, therapy dog work and photography, but I promise, class sign ups will be up by the end of next week!!
