This is a very difficult thing for us to do as she is a most loving companion and protector to us and our Family, but we are looking for a new forever home for our 2 year old Female, Mabel! Her and our other Dogs are not getting along and are having dangerous fights. Also, although she is excellent with us and our children, she is very protective of us and this makes her not good with strangers! It is recommended that the person who adopts her has the time and knowledge to train and socialize her. It is also best if that person has no other dogs, especially Females, anxious Males or Smaller Dogs. She is perfect around our small children. She is a bit more wary of older children. All this said, she is a sweetheart who loves to be close to her Family. We would also like to clarify that this is not her fault. She is is an un-spayed female living with another un-spayed female and just too many other dogs to compete for attention from. She was a COVID Pup so spent all of her time with us and was not socialized. She is well trained and makes no messes in the house. She does not chew wood mouldings or furniture. She will chew small objects left lying around if she is board and has been left alone for a while. We believe she is allergic to Chicken, but has had no issues since we switched her to a fish based diet.
