Wishlist Wednesday at HSoMC! 🛍️🐾

We’re in need of a few essentials to help keep things running smoothly around the shelter — and we’d be so grateful for your help!

This week, we’re hoping for:
🖤 Large 55-gallon trash bags
⚪️ 13-gallon kitchen trash bags
📦 Clear packing tape
🐶 Puppy playpens to help keep our littlest ones safe and comfy

This past week, 29 lucky pets found their forever homes, and our hearts couldn't be fuller ❤
ALL of the pets shown below have been ADOPTED!!!
🐶 Professor Utonium, Pastina, Pippa, Fuzzy Fern, Whipper Snapper, Rufus, Sally, Einsteinium, Instagram, Oxygen, Puddle Plop, Aluminum, Cloven, Bean, Crazy Daisy, Poppy, Peanut, 101 Dalmatians, Emmy, Delilah and Lady have all traded in their kennels for couch cuddles
🐱 Churro, Hei Hei, Pebbles, Gabby, Clover, Honey Dew, Gouda Dan and Jelly are now professional window watchers

Congratulations to all the families who grew by four paws 🐾🐾

We just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who dropped off cans and bottles for our Cans for a Cause fundraiser — your support truly helped us raise much-needed funds for the animals in our care. 💛

At this time, we’re no longer able to accept cans at the shelter. We’ve hit our limit for storage and processing. That said, if you’re still feeling motivated, we’d love for you to organize your own can drive on our behalf! Just hang on to your returnables, cash them in, and donate the proceeds directly — every little bit still goes a long way.

Thanks again for showing up for us and our animals — we’re so grateful for this community! 🐾
