A few more pictures of the quads. The Black one out exploring is with her surrogate mum and the others are with their real mum. It looks like our surrogate has come into a little bit of milk for her new bub making it much easier on us, however we will still have to top her up with a bottle throughout the day.

QUADS!!! We never imagined one of our goats would have a set of quads. She always seems so wide when she is pregnant and we always joke about how many she must have in there, but we never expected quads.

She had them all around 10pm on Saturday with no issue, which is even more amazing. However in the morning we did find the smallest and last born out of the pen and chasing around our other doe trying to latch. We tried to put her back with mum but sadly she was rejected. Since the other doe got very upset when we did this and seemed to want the baby back we let her have it. She eventually let it latch but doesn't have any milk so we are going to have to bottle.

So we ended up with three girls and a boy. The white doe in the photos is the original mum with her three bubs and the other is the surrogate mum being amazing. I will try and get some better photos tomorrow.
