This is the Arlo I see every walk, no matter what is about he listens & focuses on me. From the off he's learnt I'm firm but fair, listening to me has rewards that he loves. At first we used food every time, that has been gradually worked out so that now, food is not needed, the ball & praise is now the high value reward. Keeping that focus on me pays off, he's an absolute dream to take out. We now need him to behave like this for his mum, they'll get there ###xx

Called to see Rex to see how him & his owners have been doing with the walking to heel. Still a mouthy monkey when I first get there, but a squeaky toy & he's my mate. His mum & dad have followed all my advice etc to a tee & the change in them all is humongous. His mum especially has soared in confidence, which means Rex can relax more on a walk, as hes more relaxed he reacts less ###x
Met gorgeous Jax & what a stunner he is. Hes fear aggressive to dogs & humans after being attacked by 2 gsd. When I first got there, the moment he seen me he shown me all his pretty white teeth & let me hear how deep his growl is. It was literal baby steps with him starting in the garden behind a gate, then into the kitchen until he was taking treats from my hands through the gate. The full lip curling ended but the growls inbetween the snowdog grumbles were still there ###x
