Hi everyone,

Firstly for those of you that dont know, my name is Abbi. i work from my home salon room in Dursley.
i have passion for nails and offer various nail treatments including Acrygel extensions, biab nail Strengthening, gel manicures and pedicures. Im also qualified in classic eyelash extensions and im looking into doing more beauty courses in the near future to be able to provide a varity of treatments.
On top of that i sell a various beauty products, makeup items, skincare, perfumes, magnetic eyelashes, wellness products and more ❤

after a really tough year for the beauty industry, i like many others, had to close my doors...
This has been particularly hard for my very small and brand new business.
i was still building my client base when the first lock down happened and as you can imagine NAILxEDIT took a hit.

Im just trying to put my name back out there and get my business back to where it was heading before covid! 🙏🙏

*UPDATE... Gus is home suspiciously smelling of perfum and barely wet, but he’s home!

If anyone has seen our cat please let me know... Manor Av area!

We’ve had to keep him locked in recently as someone keeps taking him however on letting him out again (because he gets stressed being forced to be a house cat) someone has cut his collar and tracker off.

He has now been missing nearly 48hrs and its horrible out 😭

Any help much appreciated ❤️

👊🏻 Hard truth: Dogs Near Roads 👊🏻

I often see people with their dog off lead near busy roads. It’s a way of bragging how well trained their dog is. They think ‘nothing bad would ever happen to me’. They think it looks cool and impressive. It’s an ego thing. There is no logical reason to have a dog off lead near roads other than to make yourself feel good.

The law states that dogs must be on a short lead at all times by a road and if your dog enters the road off lead, you can be fined and even serve prison time if they cause an accident.

I don’t care if your dog is a world obedience champion. I don’t care if they can do backflips on cue. Put your ego away and put your dog on a lead. No excuses.

Some of you maybe aware that sadly early hours Saturday a young lad, Josh Hall lost his life to a senseless act that took place on the Friday in Cam 😢 just 17 years old 😞

Officers are appealing for anyone who thinks they may own any of the dogs rescued during a warrant in Quedgeley yesterday (Friday 12 February) to come forward as the investigation continues.

Initial enquiries, including checks on microchips, have been carried out on 15 adult dogs recovered at a location in Naas Lane but no owners have yet been traced.

The breed, s*x and colour of each dog is below and if you believe a dog might be yours, please email [email protected] and [email protected].

Our officers will be looking for proof of ownership so please send as many details as you can about your dog.

Images of the dogs won’t be released at this stage of the investigation.

The 55-year-old man arrested on suspicion of theft in connection with the case has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

The recovered dogs remain at a secure location.

The dogs we have found are:

Foxhound – female, ginger and white
Beagle/Foxhound – female, ginger and white
Foxhound type – male, tan, white and black
Foxhound/Beagle – female, ginger and white
French Bulldog – female, white and black
French Bulldog - female, brindle and white
French Bulldog - male, fawn

This beautiful collie went missing from Purton, Gloucestershire yesterday morning (05.02.2021).

She is 17 years old, deaf and partially blind.

If you are in this area please keep an eye out for her. Her owners are very concerned.

Owner has contacted local vets and council.
