Today is one of those days that I am thankful for my friends.

Phoenix has a thing on her eye. I'd been watching her squinting the last couple days and been a bit on alert and then I found this today.

Of course, I found it after the vet closed for the day. I reached out to a friend with the knowledge just to ask if she thought we would be ok waiting till Monday to make a vet appointment or to get her in now.

She let me know we can watch as long as it doesn't get worse. And gave me an idea of what it could be. I vaguely remember my Nikki having this when I was a teen. Those of you who knew me then would remember my Nikki girl. :)

So, Miss Phoenix Alexandra is having a bit of a hard health time over here in these parts. But we'll work her through them.
