These 3 precious pups are with us now thanks to our rockstar kennel manager, Carolyn Dotson and her mom, Mary Ann Stapleton Dotson, who offered to transport them to us from the Baltimore shelter. Tito, the little Chihuahua is approximately 2 years old. Bronson, the Beagle with the inquisitive look is also approximately 2 years old. We were told Hugo is a Poodle mix we are guessing possibly with Lhasa Apso or Shih Tzu possibly. He is approximately four years old. They just arrived yesterday so we will be getting them fully vetted and get to know them better so that we will be able to determine what type of home would be the best for them. One thing we know for sure is that they are all absolutely adorable!

A huge thank you to Carolyn Dotson and her wonderful mother for driving all the way to the Baltimore shelter to retrieve these three cuties for us! We were told that each of these three dogs were extremely nervous and fearful at the shelter and would only be available to a rescue organization. Over the many years we have been in operation we have found that we tend to have a lot of success rehabilitating these types of dogs. A combination of my fantastic, loving, patient, kind and skilled staff along with our stress-free, country environment, ample opportunity for exercise and mental stimulation.....we tend to do really well in earning these types of dogs' trust and teaching them that people can be good to them and that they deserve to have a joy filled life. When they arrived this afternoon we were already able to pet each of the three and know that they are not going to take too long to be ready for adoption! Keep posted for updates :-)

We would love to take on these little cuties, Tito(chihuahua) and Bronson(beagle) into The Chance Foundation from Baltimore Animal Shelter, but we would need someone to transport them to us. Would any of our amazing volunteers be willing to pick up these precious boys and bring them to us? Morty is having some more fun with a treat puzzle! Morty and our other TCF doggies really enjoy these. Morty has been up for adoption for a year and he is really hoping he can find a home soon. He would would love nothing more than a comfy couch to snooze on and to show off his puzzle skills to his new family. He does well with other dogs and enjoys getting pets. These adorable adoptable boys are looking fashionably warm to play and romp around for a super fun snow day! Morty (silver coat), Judge (green sweater), and Clyde (blue coat) are more than ready to share their love and joy for life with those special people that will love them forever!

They didn't have the best start in life, living outside on single wooden pallets and came to us not in the best of shape. But now they are all up to date on vaccines, in good health and they get to be outside just for play and warm up on a nice comfy bed inside here with us. But our hope and wish is for all three of these boys to find forever homes where they can live the absolute best life they all deserve!

Well, my Christmas wish came true twofold as TWO of our long-term Chance Foundation dogs, Bonnie and Judy have been adopted by two families that we have known and loved for years! Nick & Jackie Gorski fell for our outgoing social butterfly, Bonnie and are so happy that she will be such a good companion to their beautiful hound, Daisy after losing their sweet Cooper earlier this year. Nick Crawford & Monica Stassen were swept off their feet by our sweet, comical girl, Judy! We are thrilled that Judy will have two friends with Bobby Beagle and Lulu. We couldn't be happier as we know these families well and know that our beautiful hounds are going to know nothing but love for the rest of their lives. They have been waiting over a year now but I always say good things are worth the wait! Now, we are hopeful that the three males, Morty, Clyde and Judge will find their special someone soon. 💖

Brody is 1 1/2 years old, he will be 2 in April. He is a very affectionate, playful, sweet and smart dog. He is a beagle hound mix, I think he’s mixed with an English Pointer. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He is housebroken and crate trained. I have two cats and he gets along well with them. He is scared of other dogs at first and will bark and cowar; once he gets used to them he is playful. We had an unfortunate incident where my son got in Brody’s face while he was sleeping. This startled the dog who reacted and unfortunately snipped and made contact with my son. It was a minor injury and was not a vicious or intentional attack by any means; but my son’s father is insistent that Brody be removed from the home. This is heartbreaking to my children and I as we love him very much but I do not have another choice; it is a volatile custody situation. Brody will come with all of his things too; food, bowls, toys, leash, harness, crate. I have attached some photo’s of Brody. He is young and still has puppy energy, he is a good boy who loves to cuddle and play with the ball and rope. If you are interested in this precious boy, please contact Nicole at 240-682-1576!

We are so excited for our little girl, Blue Bell as she was just adopted by an incredibly sweet woman, Deville Chowdhery. We are sure Blue Bell will do her very best to fill the hole in Deville's heart after she recently lost her 16 year old Chihuahua, Luna. We have no doubt she is going to be cherished every day and that she will be a devoted, constant companion. She now has a nice big fenced yard and her very own cat who is missing his Chihuahua companion. Mom will ensure her safety by always going outside with her as she is so tiny. We will miss our little Blue Bell but are very happy knowing how she will be loved.
