Cutting Flag Demo
Brooke Vandal gave a great introduction to the cutting flag Sunday at the Spring Equine Extravaganza. She started with the fundamentals of how your horse will need to maneuver, then applied it to the flag. Unfortunately we had technical difficulties with the flag with it working then not working. Nonetheless, Brooke did a great job demonstrating what a cutting flag is, how it’s used, and how to utilize it with your horse.
Our client Hailey Locklear did amazing working the flag on Chip. Hailey has worked her way up through the different level of lesson horses we have and is now on to riding Chip! Keep it up girl! And great coaching Brooke Vandal!
Brandi continues being amazing! 🤩 This is her third time under saddle and didn’t even buck once! This is her 2 year old year so we are so excited to see Brooke really start working with her soon!

Brandi is amazing but what else is new?! She did fantastic today putting a snaffle in and doing lead work. Then she just sat quietly while other horses were in the arena. This one may be hard to let go 😬
