We have worked hard for these babies. New Mexico didn’t have much options for Quality Pedigree Lionhead Rabbits so my family made the long trip of 41+ hours out of state to bring back a strong quality bloodline.
Our family truly loves this breed of rabbit. We put the work in everyday to hold and Handel the kits so they are friendly and good with people / kids when being handled by new families.
So excited to show off our First Ever litter! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Please read the policy thoroughly.

*POLICY*

50% of the total amount is required up front to hold the Rabbit / Bunny. No purchase is final until paid in full. Must be paid in full by agreed pick up date. I reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason. If cancellation is done on my part I will refund the full amount of payment. If Buyer no longer wants an agreed Rabbit / Bunny all payments are nonrefundable. All payments are to be made through Zelle or Venmo.

I do not keep a β€œwaiting list” and all sales are made at my discretion.

Due to the fragile nature of Rabbits / Bunnies I do not issue a guarantee on purchased animals.
We the seller provide a sanitary and healthy environment with lots of love and handing daily. I strive to only offer Rabbits / Bunnies that exhibit complete health. Once a Rabbit / Bunny leaves my care I can not be held responsible for any illnesses or injuries that occur. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the animal prior to purchase. Checking gender and teeth. I understand that this may not be possible in certain situations such as out of state and online sales. I do my best to be completely honest with my buyers. Only Rabbits / Bunnies in good health will be available. If payment was received for an animal being held and said animal becomes ill or deceased in my care I will either A. Replace the animal with another of equal value agreeable to buyer. B. Issue a refund

Transport is to be obtained by the buyer at buyer’s expense. I do my best to coordinate with transporters.
Pick up arrangements of sale Rabbit / Bunnies are to be agreed on before purchase. In most cases I will hold for a reasonable time for transport situations. In cases that require a length of time exceeding two weeks there will be a hold fee added to the purchase price to cover feed, care and board. This is not a set fee but will be determined on a case by case basis. If a buyer fails to set up or confirm the agreed upon transport and the Rabbits / Bunnies misses the transport run, buyer forfeits the Rabbits / Bunnies and any deposits paid towards the cost of Rabbits / Bunnies, boarding or other expenses pertaining to the Rabbits / Bunnies.

*Do not change your new Rabbits /Bunnies name. In some cases buyers will be able to choose the name they would like on the pedigree, if the rabbit has not already been named. This name will be agreed upon by both buyer and seller upon purchase. In the event a rabbit is already named, the pedigreed name is permanent and not to be altered at any time, for any reason.

Any changes to the original pedigree are prohibited.
Any violation of this policy could result in buyer being banned from future purchases.

I maintain First Right of Refusal on ALL PEDIGREED RABBITS / BUNNIES that leave my rabbitry, meaning before a Hoppity Ever After Bunny Barn
Rabbit / Bunny is resold. It must be offered to me first with the option to buy it back at 1/2 the price the buyer received it for.

Hoppity Ever After Bunny Barn Rabbits / Bunnies are never to be surrendered to any animal shelter or humane society and must be returned to me unless other suitable arrangements are agreed upon by both
Hoppity Ever After Bunny Barn and buyer.
