Please note any dog we taken in from people who surrender them we do not give out their person information. Even if the dog comes from a rescue to us . That contact info is confidential. They came to us for a reason .

They obviously were not comfortable dealing with potent in homes , etc thus bringing them to us . I’m not having people not surrender dogs because they are scared their person information will be given up . I’m not having rescues scared to hand over a dog above their skills because they think their information may be released & them possibly being contacted repeatedly by someone who gets the dog from us .

We take these dogs so they don’t end up in shelters . No dog leaves here without seeing a vet & having a health certificate! No exceptions ! Vet records do not get mailed , they get handed in person ONLY.

I disclose all information I have on the dog . If you don’t have the confidence in that , it’s probably not going to be the right fit .

I just spent weeks working on an adoption and at the last minute it fell through because I wasn’t comfortable releasing previous foster families / rescues contact information and they felt they were entitled to it . It’s unfortunate but probably best for the dog to find out now .

Needless to say the following adults are available over next few months :)

2 1/2 year old female (within month , we now need to restart the process for her )
2 1/2 year old female (3/4 months)
2 1/2 year old male ( this month)
1 year old male (this month )

This post was made a year ago to warn people not to use shock collars . Unfortunately some people are circulating this saying it’s our dogs 🤦‍♀️

You have all been here & seen our dogs . The vet was here today . I guarantee if any dog looked like this , the vet is Obligated do call SPCA .

If you see ridiculous comments posted on this page in the next few days please pay no mind . I’m sorry you need to endure this 😞

We will welcome & help find second & forever homes for ANY Great Pyrenees:) The one arriving Monday will be 5 in a year . We have been very successful in finding forever homes :)

Someone ate something they shouldn’t have today & was rushed to vet for an emergency appointment.

He was so good with his IV, no problem taking the charcoal in . Spent the day at the vets office until about 8 pm. Tomorrow we will give him another charcoal treatment just to ensure all the toxins are gone .

He’s a happy healthy puppy and that’s why we recovered so quickly:)

He was just testing us to see if we were paying attention . Braylee the 7 year old was first to notice the puppy wasn’t feeling well .

As some of you know , not only do we breed but will take in any Great Pyrenees, some after some new exposures & training get rehomed , some don’t .

Video of the latest to arrive , Nissa , from PEI , meeting Cain, Emma, Hope, Rosie, Shylo , Pearl (she’s been here a month ) :)

1 male , a bunch of females with various hormones, 1 had babies , 1 is going too , 1 never has a heat yet , 1 fixed lol all sorts of potential “explosions “

THIS is good temperaments , knowing how to introduce new dogs & knowing when they are ready & being able to read dogs non verbals !

All are currently unsupervised in yard with new calf doing well

Puppies aren’t fans of rabbits or goats 😂 Just teasing . They 🥰🥰🥰 them .

Met 2 sets of potential puppy parents today :)

Dr. Ria Mackay our vet & friend will be here Thursday August 5th in the afternoon to vet check & give vaccines to all your babies !

2nd dewormer will be given Monday & the 3rd dose the following Monday .

Puppy chow is recommended to start . Savings tip . Canadian Tire has the biggest bags for the cheapest price . 16 KG bag under $30 !

They head to the door at bathroom time if they are inside . They like the blow dryer after being bathed . They like to steal my sandals & run . They don’t chew them , they just take them 🤪

They are being challenging to photograph today . They would rather hide behind rabbits 🐇

More exposures :) The last few days we have had giant Flemish rabbits on the deck , 8 to be exact & the puppies snuggled them or ignored them . Today Coal came up on the step to visit . They gave him a quick sniff & back to whatever they were doing 😂

They are eating dry kibble to make it easier for everyone ; it’s currently made soft for easier digestion . So far no food aggression , everyone shares .

Most days they are outside and/or the deck all day & evening unless the weather is unsuitable .

2 of the grandkids ages 1 & 2 have been around them a lot so they are getting use to little hands .

We look forward to this weekend to meet even more further pet parents .

I think we still have a puppy not spoken and it would be a male, quite possibly the runt .

Currently around 4 lbs on average

We made a mess !!
Today our eyes and ears are open , our first day outside for more than a minute 😍 our first day trying to drink milk from a pan , our first time trying to walk on all different types of surfaces . We heard other dogs barking , roosters , goats , moos , guinea fowl , turkeys , peafowl 🦚 . We got very very dirty but had so much fun !! We are going to have a little nap in this fresh air before we get our first baths 🛁 😍

Won’t be long now and you can come see us in person :)
