Hi everyone! We realised we’ve never properly introduced ourselves, so we wanted to take a moment to do just that.
Hi my name is Alicia, and this is Toby. He is my best boy, taste tester, and the one who keeps me company through every part of this journey. And then there’s Cody, my first dog, my heart dog. He’s no longer with us, but he lives on in this brand, and in every treat we make. I often think about how much more I wish I had done for him especially when it came to his health and wellbeing. This business is my way of honouring his memory, learning from the past, and doing better for all the pets who are with us.
Before this, I worked in finance. It was steady, it was safe but I always felt like something was missing. I wondered how if maybe success didn’t have to look the way we’ve always been told. What if true success was something smaller and quieter, like bringing joy to someone’s day, or being remembered for a small act of kindness? What if it was just… making a difference, even in the tiniest way?
This is the heart behind Cody N’ Toby. Yes, we make handmade, wholesome treats but more than that, we hope to be part of your journey. We want to be there through the happy milestones, the quiet routines, and even the hard goodbyes. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a recovery snack, or a way to honour a pet who’s passed, we want to walk alongside you with love and care.
And of course none of this would be possible without Toby’s papa, who’s been quietly holding the fort behind the scenes. While I pour my heart into this dream, he’s been steady, supportive, and always there. I’m so grateful for everything he’s done and continues to do for us.
And above all, we give thanks for God’s grace. Every open door, every kind customer, every small success—it’s all been guided by Him. We wouldn’t be here without His hand over this journey.
From crunching numbers in an office to handcrafting every bite at my kitchen table, this journey has been the most fulfilling chapter of my life. Thank you for being there, for supporting us, and for letting us be part of your story.
