Day #3, Final Day

Last time I was here, I tried to knock myself out on a hanging light fixture. This time it was the corner of a bathroom shelf. I am fine, but damn, lol.

Day #2
It's hot. Barry does not care. Hed would rather die of heatstroke that not be touching me with his thick blanket of fur.

Ollie is using those giant ears to ignore me.

Mieli while seemingly not using her ears or eyes, can follow her nose directly to my plate and try and con me out of burrito.

Panda has decided since I am the only human present, I will have to do. He? is now perched on high surveying the common rabble.

Zelda can be lured with snacks and then vanishes.

Grogu is all over the place, and occasionally gets in my face. Like Barry, he does not care that it is too hot to be touching me.

Freddie says that the note is wrong and he actually requires all the worms.

Betty..... She has no thoughts, only bubbles...

Day #1
Step One, Head count, lol.
3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 axolotl, 1 gold fish. Have visual confirmation they are all alive. Woot.

Day #06 - The final day.

The snack wardens return this evening, and the dogs know it. They've been watching me go through the last day rituals.

Loud music, quick vacuum, refloof all the couch parasites (aka decorative pillows), laundry, dishes, basically trying to leave the place like I found it.

Day #05

The pups let me sleep until 6am! I'm never excited about 6am unless I am here, lol.

I let them out, let them in, and in the time it took me to make coffee & grab some burritos somebody piddled. I'm beginning to think it is in protest to not getting the amount of snacks they are used to when I'm around. I'm sure they are gonna a leave me a bad review with thier parents, lol.

I do think Quigon actually gained wait last time I was here, in my defense he is only 9-10lbs to start with. No one would know if Yoda gained weight, he is all floof. And Obie is a tornado, I'm confident he would easily burn off the extra snacks.

Now everyone is just lounging. Quigon keeps molesting my foot while I'm at the table, and complaining about lack of foot pets.

Day #04
Went to the dog park this morning. Had a long conversation with the boys before we got out of the car about how them screaming at the top of thier lungs in excitement is very distracting while I am trying to drive.

I forgot to grab the ball chucker in the chaos of getting the squealing boys out of the car, which was for the best. Yoda trucked along but he was snorting like a diesel engine, and walking so close between my feet that we nearly died a couple of times.

All the dogs are now back at the house, rolling around rubbing all the lovely smells they collected all over the carpet for later.

Day #03

I have been reminded last night and this morning of Quigon and Obie's foot fe**sh. Now, to be clear, I shooed them away several time before I gave up and grabbed the camera. This morning I used a pillow to keep Quigon from licking my brain while I ignored the alarm for a few minutes, so he went down and licked my toes and nearly got booted off the bed when my leg twitched. Unacceptable.

I have also been reminded that attempting to use the restroom by myself is a serious breech in canine protocol. I don't know what they think is gonna happen to me in there, but they stand watch diligently.

Obie has decided that even though I have been out of the shower less than 20 minutes, that his grooming techniques are far superior and has offered his free services.. ill go wipe off my head when he isn't looking. 1 star, do not recommend, lol.

Someone piddled inside again. Quigon and Yoda looked equally guilty when the puddle was pointed out. Obie was in the clear, no guilt at all and the puddle was too small. I legit have hourly alarms set to avoid such nonsense, it happened during my shower. Sneaky little pipsqueaks.

Now Obie is sassing me.

Day #02

Last night we watched lots of shows. The most amusing though was when I recorded Quigon barking and then played it back. All 3 boys were a little confused.

At bedtime, we went outside for the final potty run. Everyone did thier business, I know this because we all hung out in the back yard until the deeds were witnessed.

Yoda decided to sleep under the bed, which is fine, he is 50/50 with on or under the bed when I'm here. The other 2 boys are on the bed. I literally lay down and start to pull the cover up when Yoda decides to ti**le. It has been less than 5 minutes since we came back in.

I startle him and he stops mid stream and everybody gets booted out back again for round 2 of potty time. The mess is dealt with and bed time finally occurs.

This morning around 5:15 Quigon starts whining and getting in my face, aka trying to lick my brain through my nostril. I cry inside and crawl out of bed to let them out. They do what they gotta do, and much to thier dismay, I manage to go back to sleep until 6am when the breakfast alarm goes off.

Thats as far as we have gotten so far, lol

Day #01 : Obie, Yoda & Quigon

(attempt to post earlier, but it failed, so we shall see if this one works?

Just dropped off the humans at the airport. Yes, I managed to get all turned around even with the nice GPS lady yelling at me. I would like to blame the fact that I had 3 cups of coffee before 8AM.

Upon getting back to the house, I was serenaded by the boys. They have quite the collection of pitches between them, lol.

They immediately needed to go out for a potty run and immediately demanded cookies. They did not get cookies because someone is too pudgy, I won't name any names.
**coughquigoncough**

I will make it up to them later with a walk around the neighborhood, aka I put on thier leashes and let them lead me aimlessly until Yoda decides he is over it.

Pelham took my request for all the frozen burritos to heart, bwahaha! All. The. Burritos! I would also like to blame the coffee for the fact that I almost put the bag of shredded cheese in the microwave.

The Final Day:

The boys let me sleep in a little. Probably because they were up later than usual. The neighbors were having a party across the street, the music was real loud but at least it was good, lol.

Obi did not get his bath yesterday, so that will happen today after breakfast. Quigon may need a touch up, but without trimming his butt fluff, I'm afraid its all for not. I mean, I could trim the fur but it wouldn't be pretty, lol. Charlene & Pelham will come to Quigon having a full buzz cut, bwahaha! Also, I'm kidding.

I am impatiently waiting for Safeway to open so I can acquire waffle mix and non carbonated flavored water.

Also, I think Yoda is done having my phone in his face.

Day 06:

Dear Gentleman,
Surely you have realized by now that being all loud and crazy and wanting to wrestle 35 seconds after eating.. um, thats not, its just super ideal for me, cause y'all eat at 6am, so yeah.. im'ma need you to chill a little until I ingest this coffee.

Dear Stomach,
This is not the new normal. Please stop trying to acting like we are dying of starvation at 6:10am. I barely have 1 eye open, we are not operating the fire required to make food yet, sorry.

Dear Obi,
You have one job, and it is to get that fly. You're slacking boy.

Day #04

Someone decided he really, really had to p*e at 4:23 this morning. I'll give you a hint. He is smaller than most housecats and has brown and white fur. Any guesses?

Good Job! It was Quigon.

Now, let me tell you about the audacity of this little animal. He wakes me up with a tongue so far up my nose that it touches my soul. I crawl out of bed let the boys out.

He stands at the door. Stands at the door. He doesn't even try to go p*e. Just hangs out at the sliding door. Oh tiny dog.... are you kidding me?

He does eventually go do what he needs to do, but dear Bob. Obi and Yoda went off immediately to do thier business. They were disappointed when I did not feed them and in fact went back to bed until 6am.

No we have all had breakfast and are watching shows. After lunch the 2 small boys will get a bath and tomorrow Obi will get his, and they will be squeaky clean and fluffy.
